Have you ever wondered what it means to be spiritually awake?  Is it really true that the biggest fear that people have is taking the risk to be alive and express what they really are? Or do you feel as I do that many more people are awakening to the realization that deep within each of us lie goodness, beauty, genius, creativity and power that has not yet been discovered.  While it may be true that the average person lives his/her life from outside in because they have not yet awakened to the awareness that the key to growth, unfoldment, and a fulfilling life is to live from the inside out, yet,  I believe that the time is now  and  each of us is the one that can make a difference as we work with and apply the universal principles that are reflected in Jesus’ teachings.

 

One of Jesus’ illustrations of growth and expansion is where he states, “In my Father’s house there are many mansions…” referring, I believe to the different energetic levels from which an individual can experience life.   In other words there are many levels, which represent  ascending higher levels of conscious-ness.  And we have the choice to experience life from a lower level of limiting and unhappy consciousness in our relationship with our self and with others  or  we can choose to begin an adventure of discovery and transformation to a consciousness of wholeness and joy and vibrant life in our personal, work, and love relationships by uncovering the truest essence of our self and awakening the genius within.

 

However, on each level there is inner work for us to do in order to become who we truly are. 

 

According to Eric Butterworth, “The great wisdom of the ages still lies locked in the depths of man’s mental capacity, the great possibility of health and healing and eternal life still lies undiscovered in the depths of man’s inner life, and the great key to success and opulence still lies within man’s undiscovered potential.” 

 

The good news is, no matter where we are in our spiritual journey, at whatever age or stage, this genius within is arising in all of us and calling us to a fuller expression of waking up  and being truly who we have come here to be.
